This Privacy Policy covers MathRescue.com's treatment of personally identifiable information that is collected when you are on the MathRescue.com Website, and when you use MathRescue.com's services. MathRescue.com collects personally identifiable information when you use services provided by us or when you visit the MathRescue.com Website. We may also receive personally identifiable information from our business partners. When you submit problems to MathRescue.com, we ask for your name and email address. Our servers receive and record information on server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page you requested. MathRescue.com does not currently use any of the above information for marketing or research.

3. How this information is shared or disclosed.

MathRescue.com will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone. We will only send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people for which you have given consent. We may need to send the information to companies who work on behalf of MathRescue.com to provide a product or service to you (for example, PayPal payment service). We will disclose information in response to subpoenas, court orders or legal process.

4. Security. E-mail transmissions are not and should not be considered as secure. Any payments received will be processed through PayPal which uses industry-standard SSL-encryption to protect data transmissions.
