2. After receiving and reviewing your
problems, we will e-mail to you a price so that you can make a decision on the work. A per problem fee in general is impossible to give as some problems in
mathematics are very short and others are very long and complicated - a set of 10 Algebra
problems may only take an hour while only 1 Intermediate Calculus problem could take just
as long. In general, the fee is based on $25.00 per hour for working and posting the
problems. The problems will be completed and posted within 3 days of payment in nearly all
cases. If problems are submitted during an extremely busy period, this time could be
longer, but we will always state in the reply e-mail a deadline by which your problems
will be completed before you make payment. Expedited service is available for quicker
results at an additional cost; if you require this, then include the deadline by which the
problems are needed with the problem submissions. We will reply to your original e-mail
within 6 - 12 hours (often sooner). The reply e-mail from us will indicate a price and a
guaranteed time for posting the solutions to the problems. We will also assign a future
URL address for the problem solutions at that time.

3. We will initiate a payment request through PayPal sent to your return e-mail address. Along with our first reply to your e-mail, we will send a payment request through PayPal, if we decide to accept the work. All you need to do to make payment is to click on the hyperlink to PayPal in the e-mail and follow the instructions. PayPal accepts Visa and MasterCard. If you are unfamiliar with PayPal, check out the link on the homepage. If you decide not to have us work the problems, just delete the PayPal request for payment. This is not intended to pressure you into using our services but merely as a convenience if you do choose to use our services.
4. Upon receiving payment, we will work the problems, post them to your uniquely assigned URL address (e-mailed in our first response) and send a follow-up confirmation e-mail. Your solutions will then be posted by the given time and will be available for you to view anywhere there is access to the internet. NOTE: You will need to save your original problem(s) submitted as MathRescue.com will only post the solutions.
5. Correction Of Errors. In the event of errors in translation of submitted problems from e-mail or otherwise, corrections are usually made within 24 hours from the time you notify us of such errors.
