FAQ's |
Am I under any obligation when I submit problems for review?
Absolutely not. The purpose of having you submit the problems is so we can determine a
price and to let you decide from there whether or not to have us do the work.
How much will it cost for you to work my submitted problems?
A general per problem fee is impossible to quote- some problems could be very easy and
quick to work while some could be very difficult and time consuming. In general, we base
the fee on $25.00 per hour for working and posting the problems. Remember, we will always
give you a definite quote first and you are under no obligation to just submit problems.
How do I submit problems?
Check out the link submitting problems.
Do you guarantee to work any math problem?
No. Some problems may be so difficult or so involved that the time required to work them
would be prohibitive. If this is the case, we will let you know in a reply e-mail.
How do I receive the solutions?
We will indicate a URL address (www....) where your solutions will be posted when we reply
to your problem submission, given that we agree to do the work.
How long will it take for me to get the solutions?
We will reply to your original e-mail within 6-12 hours. In that e-mail, we will include a
schedule for making payment. In general, your solutions will be posted within 6-18 hours
of us receiving payment, but this could vary as peak times do occur- we will indicate the
time for posting in the reply e-mail so that you can decide before paying if the time
required is agreeable with you.
Do you guarantee the solutions posted to be 100% accurate?
While every effort is made to insure the accuracy of the solutions posted, the possibility
of an error occurring still exists- we cannot guarantee the solutions to be 100% accurate
all of the time.
Are the original problems posted along with the solutions?
No. For this reason, it will be necessary for you to keep a copy of the problems
submitted.
Will my solutions be public for everyone to see?
Only you will be given the URL address for where the solutions are posted
How long will the problems remain posted?
The problems will remain posted for a period of 5 days
Can I have the posting deleted before the 5 day period?
Yes. Just drop us a line at customerservice@mathrescue.com
Can I submit problems given to me as a take home test or as an assignment for
credit?
That's entirely up to you as our only concern is in working and posting the problems.

Along with our first reply to your e-mail, we will send a payment request through PayPal,
if we decide to accept the work. All you need to do to make payment is to click on the
hyperlink to PayPal in the e-mail and follow the instructions. PayPal accepts Visa and
MasterCard. If you are unfamiliar with PayPal, check out the link on the homepage.
I submitted problems and MathRescue.com sent a payment request to me from
PayPal, but, I am now not interested in having the problems worked. Do I still have to
pay?
Absolutely not. Simply delete the e-mail request for payment from PayPal, nothing more is
required from you- you only need make payment if you want the problems worked and posted.
